Food Allergens and information

In line with new government legislation we are updating our menu to highlight allergens, in the meantime, please ask a member of staff, we will be more than happy to talk you through any allergens.

These are identified below:

  • cereals containing gluten
  • crustaceans – for example prawns, crabs, lobster and crayfish
  • eggs
  • fish
  • peanuts
  • soybeans
  • milk
  • nuts – such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts, pistachio, cashew and macadamia (Queensland) nuts
  • celery (and celeriac)
  • mustard
  • sesame
  • sulphur dioxide – which is a preservative found in some dried fruit
  • lupin – which is sometimes used as a flour in pies, pasta, batter mix etc
  • molluscs – for example clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid
