In line with new government legislation we are updating our menu to highlight allergens, in the meantime, please ask a member of staff, we will be more than happy to talk you through any allergens.
These are identified below:
- cereals containing gluten
- crustaceans – for example prawns, crabs, lobster and crayfish
- eggs
- fish
- peanuts
- soybeans
- milk
- nuts – such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts, pistachio, cashew and macadamia (Queensland) nuts
- celery (and celeriac)
- mustard
- sesame
- sulphur dioxide – which is a preservative found in some dried fruit
- lupin – which is sometimes used as a flour in pies, pasta, batter mix etc
- molluscs – for example clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid
